RULES
#11.5 with a #6 cap - USTRC #'S & Rules
No #6 ELITES. #6 Heelers will not be permitted to tie on. #5 Elite Heelers are subject to review and a determination will be made if permitted to tie on or not.
Entry Fees: $2,750/Roper - $5,500/Team
Books are NOW open and we will process your entry form as it is received in our office. (This includes cashing your checks!). Entry fees and forms are due on or before March 15, 2011.
No team entry will be considered complete until both partners have COMPLETELY filled out the entry forms and are paid in full. Do not send entry forms without entry fees!
Note: Linda Davis will be in charge of processing entries and assisting with event co-ordination. Should you have any questions with regards to your entry, please contact her at 619-301-0905.
Each partner must COMPLETELY (This means your age too) fill out the invitational entry forms (photocopies and fax copies will not be accepted). Mail entry forms and entry fees in the amount of $2,750 per person ($5,500 per team) to the address listed below.
We will confirm your eligibility to rope as we process your entry. A confirmation notice will be sent no later than April 1, 2013 to those teams who have been assigned a team number and are confirmed to rope.
Entry fees will be refunded in full to those teams that do not get a position to rope. Personal checks will be accepted. We do not accept credit cards.

- Invitations & entries are NON-TRANSFERAB LE!
- This is an INVITATIONAL event. Please be advised that an invitation to enter DOES NOT guarantee a position in the Roping!
- We reserve the right to draw out any team at any time we feel necessary.
- You and your partner MUST have current USTRC cards to enter.
- Rope in both the RRITR & the Ladies ONLY! (No BFI contestants!)
ADDITIONAL GROUND RULES:
The team that wins the 4 steer average (Pays $100,000 per roper) will be limited to those winnings. No Go-round monies will be paid to the average winners. If the average winners also place in the Go-rounds or Short round, the money will be paid to the next in order. So simply put, the team that wins the roping will be limited to 1st place average money.
